Returns

We hope you love your jo&jean pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Returned with all tags and packaging intact
• Free from marks, scents, or signs of wear

Return Options:

• Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
• Charms and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return:

To begin a return, email us at joandjeanetc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide next steps, along with your shipping label and return address.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email when your refund, credit, or exchange has been processed. Please allow 7 business days for processing once your return is received.
